Vehicle Description
1987 Buick GNX
For Sale By Dealer

This rare and mint condition 1987 Buick GNX is #260 out of a low production one year run of only 547 built! This is a second owner car with only 14,290 Documented Original Low Miles! Purchased in Alabama in 1990, the current owner has asked Happy Days Dream Cars to make this car available to the public on consignment. Folks, GNX is the Buick Supercar that was a hit since day one. These were limited one year production cars built by Buick and ASC McClaren to maximize full performance potential! Right now is your chance to own a piece of automotive history!

When it comes to the GNX it is all about Authenticity, Condition and Low Miles. GNX #260 offers all three.  Number 260 is the real deal with a mountain of paperwork to prove it;  it is in great condition (runs and drives as new) and is a low number mileage car. On top of all the performance modifications, GNXs also came with some goodies from the dealership. Included with the purchase of this car the new owner will receive two GNX Hats, a Special Edition GNX Jacket, a GNX Trunk Mat, Bug protector Bra and the orignal Sales Invoice, Original Transfer Warranty (historical doc only), GM Service Manuals, Owner Brochures and much more miscellaneous receipts and flyers from car shows where the car competed and won.

In 1987, Car and Driver made the statement "In a world of sleek shapes and refined manners, the GNX is an ax wielding barbarian laying waste to anything in its path." About the same time, Popular Car Magazine conducted performance tests of the GNX and reported this was the fastest U.S. production car ever! Whether that holds true still today is hard to say but, the bottom line on the GNX in 1987 is the quarter mile time of 103mph in 13.4 seconds!
