1975 911 Porsche Carrera Targa - # 137 of 174 - 3/75 build date. VIN & engine codes match for year & model. 97,200 miles currently, believed original. I still drive it, so will change. Strong 2.7 L endine & 5 speed transmission. Solid suspension. I have installed tires, struts and shocks, air box w/pop-off, ignition box, plugs, points, wires, warm-up regulator and fuel accumulator new since mid 2006 and have less than 8,000 miles total. Leather seats and interior are original and in fair shape. Just completed 2 day 1,078 mile trip average 22.08 mpg. Ran great. Problems include oil leak on passenger side of engine - required 1.5 quarts on trip, air conditioning is inoperable. There is some small rust bubbles on drivers side door, fender and quarter panel. Could not find any rust on rocker panel and can only see surface rust under the car. I bought the car in August, 2005. Have receipt for $3,741 for transmission rebuild, new clutch, clutch cover, TO bearing, 2 chain tensioner kits from 2000 - miles not given although miles listed at 83,371 on oil change invoice in 2002.
