Mercury Custom. Custom 3-tone Charcoal Grey
to Silver exterior. Needs interior. This
model features an 8 cylinder, 396 Chevy
engine --- all good, all clean.
Transmission
is a R700-OD-Lockup Converter by Botie,
1,500 miles. Dual
exhaust, front
and Rear shocks, airbags on rear.
Aluminum intake manufold, HEI ignition,
Quardrajet 4 barrel Carb. Original
California car no rust, no bangs, no rot
no bondo, beautiful steel body, with 68,000
orig. mi. Paint
is in very good condition --- PPG paint.
Speedometer gear in trans needs to be geared
to rebuilt rear end, air conditioning did
work now needs charging, lighted switch
and temp gauge for transmission converter
stoped working after body shop reasssemble.
Exterior
scallops and pinstripping done by Hot Dog
of Monster Garage. Told him to have a good
time and as you can see he did. Beautiful
paint' scallops' and pinstripping all protected
under 7 coats of clear. 1949 NOS skirts,
moon spinner hubcaps, all chrome and stainless
done to show quality. The
Interior is all metal gray with pinstripping.Original
dash upgraded to 12 volts, custom control
panel under dash for doors, windows,and
transmission lock out, temp guage. CD,AM
FM radio in glove box with automatic antenna.
No
headliner -- have most of the original headliner
parts.
2-1957 chevy style mirrors, rear view- original
with paint and pinstripping.
Matching
14" coker tire, wide whites, very,
very low miles. Remote
electric entry trunk and button on dash.
AC, power brakes, power steering, Gauges,
Defrost, heater/Fan, PowerWindows, Radio/CD/Cass.
Front original window handles activate front
windows, hidden pos and neg termals in case
of dead battery, in the case of a lost remote
key, switch on car so well hidden owner
forgets where it is. Rear
air bags are Firestone no on board compresser,
custom fuel tank by RJS racing and is teflon
sealed. Front clip is a 1968 Nova, Suspention
and brake parts are stock, rear end 1974
Van, 340 gear ratio, rear springs from Possie
have a 3" drop. Undercoating , soundproofing
inside floors and doors. Original 1950 rear
window excellent condition,all glass tinted.
Car slammed nose decked and shaved. This
car is a head turner and needs a loving
home to complete it. |
